VINIFICATION

In our vineyards the grapes are hand picked and transported in small boxes to our wine cellar. They are crushed and macerated in the steel vats for about 2 days. After soft pressing, the collected must is left to rest for about 48 hours. After decantation, fermentation occurs during 3 weeks, at a stable temperature of 12⁰C.

TASTING NOTES

Citrine color with golden nunaces. Complex and exuberant aroma with floral notes. Sweet and balanced with well integrated acidity, silky and prolonged finish.

 

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE

To be served between 10ºC and 12ºC.

GASTRONOMY

Ideal in the company of seafood, fat fish and white meats.
