VINIFICATION
In our vineyards grapes are hand picked and carried in small boxes to our wine cellar. After a short amount of time they are crushed and pressed. The collected wine must is left to rest for about 72 hours. After decantation, fermentation occurs for 2 weeks at a stable temperature of 12ºC preserving all the aromas from the selected grapes. The wine is bottled where it ages 3 months.

TASTING NOTES
Pink color. Elegant aroma with notes of red fruits and floral touch. Soft and balanced with a fresh and persistent finish.
IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE
To be served between 10ºC and 12ºC.
GASTRONOMY
Ideal with starters, salads, pasta and poultry dishes.
