VINIFICATION

Prevenient from a selection of the best parcels of the vine, the harvest is made by hand and transported in small boxes to our wine cellar. We proceed to the separation of the grapes, crushing and the stowage in the wine press, where the skin maceration is made with a mechanical press, through several days. The alcoholic fermentation is interrupted, and the wine spirit is added, followed by pressing. The wine is aged in an oak tree barrel for 20 years and then bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Tawny color. Elegant aroma with notes of fruit jam and spices. Delicate with a thin structure and a long finish texture.

 

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE

To be served at 12ºC.

GASTRONOMY

Ideal along desserts, sweets, cheeses and fruits.
