VINIFICATION

The grapes from our vineyards are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes for our winery. We begin the process with a stemming, crushing and packaging in the wine press. The soaking step is carried out with mechanical and temperature control. Fermentation takes place at 25 ° C for 6 days and then pressing. Stage in barrels for 12 months and then bottled.

TASTING NOTES

Intense red color. Complex aroma full of character with notes of wild berries, cocoa and toast. Elegant mouth with delicate tannins, well structured with very long and engaging end body. 

 

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE

To be served between 16ºC and 18ºC.

GASTRONOMY

Ideal in the company of poultry dishes, red meat and cheese board.
