VINIFICATION

The red grapes from our vineyards are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to our cellar. We start the process with a destemming, crushing and packaging
in the mills. Fermentation is always accompanied by maceration with mechanical treading and temperature control, running for about 8 days. This process is concluded with the pressing of the grape's skins.
Stage is divided between stainless steel vats and barrels.(12 to 18 months).

  • Total Acidity // 5,4 g/l (tartatic acid)

  • Total Sugars // 1,75 g/l

 

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red. Balanced, tennin, and woody. With a long finish.

 

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE

To be served between 15ºC and 18ºC.

GASTRONOMY

Ideal in the company of poultry dishes, red meat and cheese board.
