VINIFICATION
The red grapes from our vineyards are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to our cellar. We start the process with a destemming, crushing and packaging
in the mills. Fermentation is always accompanied by maceration with mechanical treading and temperature control, running for about 8 days. This process is concluded with the pressing of the grape's skins.
Stage is divided between stainless steel vats and barrels.(12 to 18 months).
