We proceed to the separation of the grapes, crushing and the stowage in the wine press, where the skin maceration is made with a mechanical press, through several days.

The alcoholic fermentation is interrupted, and the wine spirit is added, followed by pressing. The wine is aged in a barrel and posteriorly bottled.
