VINIFICATION
Our moscatel galego branco grapes come vineyards with an approximate age of 35 years. The development area is 2 hectares and the plantation density is 1 to 2 plants per square meter. In the 2011 harvest, our grapes were picked by hand and brought in small boxes to our wine cellar. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and placed in the press where they were macerated for days using mechanical treading. Alcoholic fermentation was interrupted with the addition of grape brandy, followed by pressing. Aging in barrels and subsequent bottling.
