Issued from a selection of the best parcels of our vines, the harvest is made by hand and carried in small boxes to our wine cellar. We proceed to the separation, crushing and the stowage of the grapes in our wine press where the skin maceration is made with a mechanical press throughout several days.
The alcoholic fermentation is interrupted, the wine spirit is added and the pressing process is initiated. The wine is aged in an oak tree barrel for three years. and then bottled.
